The photovoltaic system visible on this paved terrace was realized in Lignano Sabbiadoro (Udine) by our client NEW SYSTEM S.R.L. adopting Sun Ballast’s Sail 5° system: the photovoltaic ballasts made it possible to install the system easily and quickly, without ruining the paving in any way and optimizing the management of the available space in the best way.

All the Sun Ballast systems, in fact, do not require any fixing holes, and can be used safely even on the most delicate roofs such as sheathing and floors: in this way, installation time is reduced, and installation is very easy on any type of surface. The ” Sail ” arrangement also makes it possible to maximize all available space, placing rows next to each other with increasing height (up to three consecutive rows with the 11° version, up instead to six rows with the 5° version) or freely adjusting the distances between panels according to the specific characteristics of the roof.

Ideal for small installations built on flat roofs or terraces of houses and apartment buildings, the PV ballasts of Sun Ballast’s Sail 5° system made it possible to optimize all available space in a simple and effective way, reaching – despite the small area – almost 20 kWp of clean electricity.
