While the flat surfaces on industrial buildings and commercial establishments are usually characterized by large extensions and regular shapes, those of residential buildings may have rather variable geometries: in these cases, the construction of an efficient and productive photovoltaic system therefore requires the use of flexible and easily adjustable support systems, which allow to adapt the shape of the system to that of the roof.

The Sun Ballast Standard system, used by thousands of installers worldwide, is the ideal solution: simple, flexible and quick to install, This system allows you to quickly adjust both the length and the distance between the rows of photovoltaic panels, and the installation is easy and fast on any type of surface.

An excellent example of efficiency and flexibility is the plant built in Beaumont (France) by our customer Ernova: despite the irregular shape of the building, the presence of obstacles and the layer of gravel on the roof, The Standard 15 system by Sun Ballast made it possible to make the most of all the available spaces, while ensuring a high resistance to wind and atmospheric stress.

The ballasts were also simply laid on the gravel layer, without any prior preparation and without the need to drill any holes. The plant – which exceeds 9 kwp of power – has thus allowed to reach the highest level of efficiency and stability, ensuring maximum satisfaction of the final customer and easily respecting the agreed production times.
