Sun Ballast structures have been developed to ensure quick and easy installation on any type of flat surface, from sheathing to the floors of residential buildings. This installation was carried out in Sandrigo (VI) by our client CSVR S.r.l., and the gravel present on the roof of the industrial plant was not a problem at all.

In fact, the installation of the ballasts was very easy, and since it did not require any prior preparation, it reduced the installation time by more than 30%. This is an important fact, especially when the size of the photovoltaic system is substantial: in this case, the generated power is in fact an impressive 668 kWp, and thanks to the integration of the Connect system with the Sail system, the overall quality of the installation reached the highest level.

By uniting all the structures into a single collaborating grid, Connect 5° has in fact guaranteed very high wind resistance, providing the installation with excellent stability even during the most intense gusts.

To better optimize all the available surface area, the Sail system was then opted for for some areas of the building: in this case, rows of panels are arranged consecutively, one next to the other with increasing height.

By eliminating the distance between photovoltaic modules, the Vela system thus makes it possible to make the most of the entire surface area dedicated to the installation, optimizing the overall yield of the system and ensuring its maximum performance.
