Our Connect Sun Ballast system in addition to being solid and wind resistant is also extremely simple and quick to assemble and it is not us who say it but our customers. In fact, thanks to the documentation provided by our technical office, which explains in detail the steps to follow for the assembly of our structures, everything is easier and more immediate. Our customer Euroimpianti snc had proof of this and, with the excellent supervision of the engineer Riccardo Moschetta, installed two photovoltaic systems on the flat roof of a building, one of 2KWp and one of 2.4kWp, to produce a total of 4.4kWp of renewable energy. As you can see from the photos, a reflective liquid sheath was used on the entire surface affected by the system, useful for increasing the adherence of the ballast to the surface and as an additional protection for the coverage. Another important element, used for the construction of this system, are the additional “U” extra weights specially designed to be used on Connect system. These additional accessories, weighing 30 kg, specific to increase the wind resistance of the system, are placed in the areas identified by our technical office based on the calculations on the wind force and the load distribution on the roof. A nice collaboration for a nice project.
